Assign an Account or Judgment
We have an on-line assignment form that is completed and submitted to our office. We encourage that the form be as complete as possible with information you have available. Once received via e-mail in our office we will enter the assignment into our collection system and the next day a confirmation letter will be sent to you.
If you wish to assign a Judgment to us for collection, there are a couple of different things that need to happen. We request before completing the “Assignment Form” that you e-mail or telephone our office for information on what we will need. We will reply promptly to your request.
We encourage clients come to our office located in Nevada City, California, to discuss their needs in person, if they choose.
