Sheila Baker began her career with RCA in 1996, was promoted to collections manager in 1998 and purchased Retailers’ Credit Association of Grass Valley, Inc. in 2000. Sheila is the third owner of the business since it was established, locally, in 1927. Her credits include many years in the collection industry and she continues hands-on daily to assure that our clients receive the best service possible.

RCA has two in-house attorneys handling our legal affairs assuring that our staff is in compliance with the laws governing collection agencies and overseeing the legal processes. Collectors and Support Staff -

Our collection staff consists of two consumer collectors, as well as, two judgment collectors bringing many years of collection experience.   Our “team” approach toward the goals of an excellent recovery rate for our clients is further enhanced by our two law clerks and one administrative assistant.
