Retailers’ Credit Association of Grass Valley, Inc. (RCA) accepts judgments from clients and uses our resources and experience to enforce judgments. We have ongoing litigation in many California counties, however, our major emphasis is on Northern California.
Judgments are good for 10 years; we review them prior to expiring to determine the possibility of successful collections and will renew them through the court system. Again, there is no charge to our client for any of our research, skip tracing or legal work.
We accept forwarded accounts from collection agencies throughout the United States at a competitive contingency fee.
